Kingdom Men Built On Christ The Cornerstone
Men, in a world of empires, dominance, and the relentless pursuit of power, another Kingdom is rising on this earth—a Kingdom that is completely other than, where the way up is down and greatness is forged through surrender.
This upside-down Kingdom has a spiritual temple under construction, not made of brick and mortar, or marble and gold, but of living stones joined to the Living Cornerstone. This temple is alive because these living stones are Kingdom men, joined to their King, Christ the Cornerstone.
This King is other than. What He values is other than. And the men who follow Him are other than. They lead by serving. They are strengthened through surrender, not self-reliance. They are peacekeepers not merely peacekeepers. They live disciplined, dependent, and devoted lives.
Because Kingdom men aren’t built like the world builds men. Kingdom men are BUILT DIFFERENT.
“You are coming to Christ, who is the living cornerstone of God’s temple. He was rejected by people, but he was chosen by God for great honor. And you are living stones that God is building into his spiritual temple. What’s more, you are his holy priests. Through the mediation of Jesus Christ, you offer spiritual sacrifices that please God.”

2026 SPEAKER: Pastor Timmy Hensel
Timmy Hensel and his wife, Tisha, are the co-pastors of River Church Family in Kansas City, Missouri. High school sweethearts, they’ve been happily married for 25 years and have three kids—Kai (21), Asher (17), and Brynnlie (15)—who keep them humble, busy, and regularly outnumbered.
Together with their church family, they own and operate a community swimming pool and mini-golf course, and helped launch River of Refuge, a local nonprofit providing transitional housing for working families with school-age or younger children where he serves on the Executive Board. Timmy also serves as the Central Midsouth Regional Pastor for the Foursquare Church, supporting churches across Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, and parts of Kansas and Illinois.
Before full-time ministry, Timmy spent over 15 years in retail and banking, where he learned leadership, patience, and how to smile while people ask to speak to the manager. He graduated from Life Pacific College with a B.A. in Biblical Studies (2002) and a Master’s in Strategic Leadership (2017) and was ordained in the Foursquare Church in 2005.
Timmy loves Kansas City (Go Chiefs!) and enjoys championing causes that serve neighbors, cheering his kids on as they swim, and advocating for individuals with special needs—something close to his heart as Brynnlie’s dad. Timmy is passionate about discipleship, strong marriages, NextGen, asking good questions, discovering calling, and not being afraid of conflict. He also loves, vinyl records, hiking through redwoods, bird watching, fishing, disc golf, and KC BBQ, the best BBQ. And he is convinced the sound of frogs at night is God’s personal way of saying, “I love you, Timmy.”

Dorm Rate - $202 | Motel Rate - $232 | RV Rate - $187 (per person)
Motel Spaces are limited with a required three person occupancy.
Motel Spaces are also on a first come, first serve basis.
RV Rates are per person, not per RV. And registrants must bring their own RV.
RV Spaces have full hookups, with a nearby restroom/shower available.
