- a person associated with another or others as a principal or a contributor of capital in a joint venture, usually sharing its risks and profits
In the Springs of Life Community, we recognize the need for a formal commitment to a church family. While some churches call this "membership", Springs intentionally uses the word "Partnership" to reinforce the our value of joining in the mission of Jesus to make disciples, together. It is more than just belonging, it is actively participating
We promote commitment to Partnership with Springs for four reasons:
In the Springs of Life Community, we also recognize that as individuals choose to make a commitment to Partnership, the Springs Leadership and Partners also choose to make a commitment to these individuals as well.

We promote commitment to Partnership with Springs for four reasons:
- A Biblical Reason: Christ is COMMITTED to the church. (Ephesians 5:25)
- A Cultural Reason: It is an ANTIDOTE to a “Me-centered” Society. (Philippians 2:1-4)
- A Practical Reason: It defines who can be COUNTED upon. (Hebrews 10: 24-25)
- A Personal Reason: It produces GROWTH through discipleship. (Philippians 3:13-15)

- To resource and equip to greater personal discipleship
- To empower and provide opportunities to operate in gifting and calling
- To create relational environments promoting reconciliation, restoration and healing
- To encourage, sharpen and keep accountable to wholeness in Jesus Christ
- To lead and live with integrity and authenticity
- To steward well church finances and resources with transparency and accountability
- To communicate clearly Springs of Life vision and strategy
- That it will always be “All Because of Jesus”
